Establiments Vidal was created as a family business in 1951, dedicated to wholesale distribution in the Principality of Andorra.

The first location of the company was at Avinguda Carlemany 43, first as a bakery, later extended over the years to other products in response to the demands and the needs of customers.

The first large central warehouse was built on Carrer Sant Antoni 1, which made it possible to unify the various premises that the company had until then. It allowed to give a boost to the consolidated growth of the company.
 
Today it is the Parking Vidal.
 

Transfer to the NEW FACILITIES

In 1991, after a significant growth, and due to the space problems at the Escaldes facilities, it was decided to move the activity of the company to the current location at La Margineda.

This allowed to regroup all the group companies in a same physical location and to adapt logistics to the current business model.

In 1992, the TALLER SIM was created, responsible for the installation and technical service of beer handlers and coffee machines, as well as maintenance of different equipment (vehicles, installations, etc …).

In 1995, HOTELCO was created as a company dedicated to the distribution of kitchenware and accessories for hotels and restaurants, with a vocation to cover all the needs of this sector professionals.

The company distributes a wide range of refrigerated products and homemade artisanal sausages. It is a company established for more than 40 years in the Andorran market, which enjoys a great recognition of its products by its customers.

It is a company specialized in impulse products (nuts, chips and potatoes, candies, chewing gum, chocolates, small toys …), as well as collaboration in the assembly and supply of shops and small specialized kiosks in its sector.

The company was created in a spirit of international growth. It has a shop in the center of La Seu d’Urgell, as well as a commercial network that covers much of the Pyrenees.

Company specialized in the commercialization of wines and sparkling wines with more than 20 years of recognized trajectory in the sector. It was incorporated as a department within the company Establiments Vidal, to reinforce the firm commitment of the group on quality and specialized products.
